Open the egg in a plate. Put the sesame seeds in a second plate. Roll the feta slices in the egg and then bread them with sesame seeds. Now first prepare the sauce. To do this, boil down the balsamic vinegar, honey and water in a syrupy manner over low heat for approx. 10-15 minutes and then allow to cool. Melt the butter in a pan. Bake the cheese slices until crispy brown on both sides.
Serve the baked cheese poured with the balsamic syrup.
