Instructions

  1. Bread sheep`s cheese with flour, egg and breadcrumbs and fry in a pan with a little oil. Fry the scampi as well.
  2. Fill the chunky tomatoes into two small baking dishes and place the fried cheese on top. Then spread the tomato slices and the scampi on top. Sprinkle some grated Emmentaler on top. Bake in the oven at 180 ° C top / bottom heat for 15 minutes until the grated cheese melts.
  3. This goes well with Greek farmer`s salad and pita bread.
