Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C top / bottom heat.
  2. Mix the oil with the sage leaves cut into strips, quartered garlic, chilli flakes or chilli powder and rosemary in a bowl.
  3. Peel the potatoes, cut into pieces approx. 2 cm in size and marinate with the oil. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, season with salt and pepper and slide in the preheated oven on the middle shelf for about 60 minutes. Turn the potato after 30 minutes.
  4. Strip the cabbage off the stalks, wash well, drain and cut into coarse strips. Chop the spring onions and add to the cabbage, set everything aside.
  5. About 15 minutes before the potatoes are ready, fry the onions in a pan until they are translucent. Sauté the cabbage with the spring onions for about 8 minutes until the cabbage collapses. Crumble the feta and add to the pan for about 2 minutes. Then season everything with salt and pepper.
  6. Serve the cabbage with the sage potatoes in a bowl.
