Put the sago in a bowl and pour enough cold water over it to cover the pellets and let stand for an hour. Then pour into a sieve and drain. Then put in a saucepan and cover with water. Let simmer gently over low heat for about 10 minutes. Then put it back in the sieve and pour cold water over it.
Put coconut milk with sugar and salt in a saucepan and heat while stirring until the sugar has melted. Add the sago and let cool in the coconut milk while stirring. Pour the finished pudding into bowls and allow to cool. Then put the fruit salad on top.
For the fruit salad, peel the fruit, cut into the desired pieces and mix.
