Instructions

  1. Press the garlic cloves. Squeeze lemon. Mix the oil, lemon, cream and the other ingredients well and leave to stand in the refrigerator for about 6 hours. The tasty dressing is ready and goes particularly well with a crunchy iceberg lettuce with lollo rosso, tomatoes, cucumber, corn and some grated cheese.
