Instructions

  1. Put the completely dry ingredients in a mixer or, if you have one, in a Thermomix and pulverize in about 15 seconds.
  2. It is best to store it in a screw-top jar.
  3. You now have a free choice for making the salad dressing: you stir some of the mixture into sour cream, sour cream, yoghurt or vinegar and oil.
