Ingredients

• 4 tablespoon cream cheese, not low in fat
• 100 ml milk
• 3 tablespoon tomato paste
• 1 teaspoon, leveled salt
• 1 ½ teaspoon sugar
• little pepper
• some paprika powder
• 1 dash Tabasco
• 1 squirt lemon juice
• possibly vinegar

Instructions

1. Mix the cream cheese with the milk until smooth, then stir in the tomato paste (tomato paste with seasoned vegetables also goes very well). Season and season to taste, maybe add a little vinegar.
2. Also tastes great with small pieces of tomato or pepper. With pieces of vegetables and more cream cheese, it makes a spread.
