Instructions

  1. Dice the tomatoes and the iceberg lettuce. Cut the spring onions into rings. Mix everything with the seafood.
  2. Add salt, pepper and oil as you like. Let it steep for about 1 hour and stir again and again.
  3. You are also welcome to add a splash of lemon. I also dice mozzarella every now and then and serve it with it.
