Instructions

  1. Clean the lettuce and cut into bite-sized pieces. Slice the cucumber and cut the tomato into pieces.
  2. Arrange the ingredients evenly on four plates, leaving space in the middle for the meat. Pour the dressing over the salad.
  3. Fry the meat with a little oil and season with curry powder. At the very end, pour the soy sauce over it and fry again briefly until the soy sauce caramelizes slightly.
  4. Put the meat lukewarm on the salad.
  5. Freshly baked baguette or ciabatta goes well with it, or garlic bread.
