Cut the turkey meat into small cubes, fry in oil until golden yellow, dust with the curry, add the cream. Let the whole thing boil down a little.

Drain the corn and beans. Wash the tomatoes, remove the stalk and quarter. Arrange the salad on the outer ring of the plate, garnish the remaining vegetables over the salad. Season with salt and pepper and drizzle or sprinkle with oil and vinegar.
Arrange the shredded meat in the middle of the plate.
The sliced meat can also be seasoned with sweet paprika instead of curry and other variations are possible with the salad, e.g. sheep`s cheese, paprika, black olives, diced Gouda cheese and more.
