• 2 tablespoon chives, chopped

• 100 ml heavy cream or sour cream or yogurt

Instructions

1. Dissolve the mustard with vinegar and beat the oil until a nice emulsion has formed. Add the lemon juice and the remaining ingredients, season with the spices.
