Instructions

  1. Finely dice the onion and garlic and press together with the salt using a tablespoon until some juice comes out. Add the oil, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice and mustard and beat vigorously until there is an emulsion.
  2. Season with maple syrup so that it tastes slightly sweet overall. The mustard shouldn`t dominate. Let something go. Tastes good with various fresh salads.
