Put all the ingredients in a blender. Depending on the desired consistency, fill up with water up to 0.5 liters or up to 0.75 liters. Let the mixer run at the highest level for 2-3 minutes.
Tip: with a weak mixer, possibly soak the sunflower seeds, goji berries, coconut flakes and ginger in water for 2 hours beforehand and then mix this mixture in the mixer before more water and the lettuce leaves are added. Make sure to use the soaking water.
