Instructions

  1. Mix 2 strong dashes of vinegar with salt, pepper and a level tablespoon of tarragon. Add the grated carrots, grated cucumber, corn and bacon.
  2. If you like sweetness in your salad, you can add the water from the corn can and possibly replace part of the sour cream with creme fraîche so that the marinade doesn`t get too thin. Highly recommended!
  3. Mix vigorously and serve with black bread.
