Instructions

  1. Put the lettuce in a bowl. Halve the tomatoes, slice the onion and cut the red pepper into small strips. Put everything in the bowl.
  2. Wash the chicken breast fillet, cut into cubes and place in a small bowl. Marinate with a little water, curry powder, chili powder, salt and pepper. Heat a little oil in a pan. Fry the marinated chicken cubes in it until golden brown. The marinade gives the meat a nice brown color. Add the fried meat to the salad.
  3. Season the natural yoghurt with a little salt, pepper and a little curry, mix and then pour over the salad. Mix the salad well and serve.
