Instructions

  1. Wash the chicken fillets and cook in salted boiling water for about 8 minutes. Take out meat. Let the pasta soak in the still hot chicken boiling water for about 4 minutes.
  2. Peel and wash the carrots and cut into thin strips. Wash and core the bell pepper and cut into cubes. Cut the onions into rings. Blanch the beans in hot water for a few minutes, remove. Wash the mint and pluck the leaves from the stems and cut into fine strips.
  3. Pour the pasta into a sieve, drain and cut into small pieces with scissors. Tear the chicken fillets into fine fibers with a fork. Peel the mango and cut into cubes. Roughly chop the nuts. Peel the ginger thinly and grate finely.
  4. For the dressing, mix the honey, teriyaki sauce, chopped garlic, oil and vinegar together and season with salt, pepper and chili powder. Mix everything together and sprinkle with nuts and fried onions.
