Roast the sesame seeds in a pan until golden brown and then set aside.
Wash the asparagus, cut off the lower end and peel the lower third. Then cut into pieces approx. 3 - 4 cm long and cook in boiling water for approx. 3 minutes, then drain.
Wash and dry defrosted shrimp. Peel and press garlic or grate finely. Wash cherry tomatoes and cut in half.
Mix the garlic, chilli flakes and half of the soy sauce to a marinade. Mix the prawns with the marinade and let them steep for a short time.
Heat vegetable oil in a pan and fry the shrimp in it. Then take it out of the pan.
Mix the rest of the soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, honey and sesame oil into a dressing and season with pepper.
Mix all ingredients (don`t forget the mozzarella) with the dressing and let it steep for a moment. Arrange on a plate and serve sprinkled with the toasted sesame seeds.
