Instructions

  1. I started by cutting the pomegranate into quarters and then pulling it apart in a bowl of water. The kernels sink to the bottom and the skin floats on the surface. I cut cucumber, tomatoes, feta cheese and iceberg lettuce into cubes and drained the corn. Then put everything in a large bowl, season with salt and pepper, add your favorite dressing and stir.
