Instructions

  1. Rinse the sauerkraut briefly with mild water and drain well. Drain the canned peas well. Heat the oil well.
  2. Mix all ingredients, season (salt depending on the sauerkraut) and pour the hot oil over them, mix again, leave to stand for approx. 30 minutes.
