Instructions

  1. First cut the onion into small pieces. Mix the water, vinegar, salad herbs and chopped fresh herbs and mix in the onions. Wash the lettuce and cut into bite-sized pieces. Cut or crumble sheep`s cheese or goat`s cheese into small cubes. Mix everything well and, if you may, add your oil.
