Instructions

  1. Wash the lettuce and cut into bite-sized pieces, peel the carrot and cut into strips approx. 5 cm long and cut the onion into rings. Put everything together in bowls and cover with pieces of smoked salmon.
  2. Mix the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, milk, honey and mustard with a stirring stick so that the dressing becomes creamy. Then season with salt and pepper and pour over the salad just before serving.
