Wash the lettuce and cut into bite-sized pieces, peel the carrot and cut into strips approx. 5 cm long and cut the onion into rings. Put everything together in bowls and cover with pieces of smoked salmon.
Mix the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, milk, honey and mustard with a stirring stick so that the dressing becomes creamy. Then season with salt and pepper and pour over the salad just before serving.
