First cut the chicken or turkey meat into small strips and place in a marinade of tomato ketchup, mustard and a little soy sauce. Half an hour is sufficient, but longer is better.
Then fry the meat in the pan and in the meantime cut the salad and finish the dressing. Mix the natural yoghurt with the frozen herbs (I like the Italian herbs best), a little salt and pepper and the herb vinegar.
Now cut the lettuce and mix everything together, when the chicken or turkey strips are through, mix in warm with the lettuce and serve.
