Instructions

  1. Mix the cottage cheese, the feta, the pressed garlic clove, the ajvar and the salt to a cream.
  2. Possibly prepare the cream a day in advance so that it can penetrate well. The cream is also very tasty right after preparation.
  3. Wash the leaves of the iceberg lettuce, dry them well and place them in a rectangle on cling film. Spread the feta cream on top. Spread the spring onions cut into rings on top. Adjust the amount according to your taste. Now lay the salmon evenly on top.
  4. With the help of the cling film, wrap the whole thing into a roll and close with the film. Let cool in the fridge for about an hour.
