Wash the potatoes and cook with the skin on. I boil the eggs in the same water, which saves energy. Take the eggs out of the water after about 10 minutes and rinse. Cut the onion into small cubes and the spring onion into small rings. Now cut the salmon and the gherkins into small pieces (I cut the salmon into approx. 1 cm pieces). Peel the finished potatoes and cut them into small pieces, peel the eggs and cut them into small pieces.
Now mix everything well and add the oil. Season everything with salt, pepper and vinegar and add the dill. It is best to let it flow well.
