Instructions

  1. Cut the savoy cabbage into small strips and blanch for about 60 seconds in boiling water, then rinse immediately with cold water.
  2. Cut the salmon into cubes approx. 2 cm.
  3. Mix the broth and cream together and also season with salt, pepper and cayenne pepper.
  4. Layer the savoy cabbage, salmon and lasagne sheets alternately in a baking dish. I start with the savoy cabbage, then lasagne sheets, then mixed with savoy cabbage and salmon cubes, then lasagne sheets again, etc. When these ingredients have been used up, the last layer should consist of lasagne sheets. Pour the broth / cream mixture on top. Spread the pizza cakes on top and carefully pour the sour cream on top. Sprinkle the cheese on top.
  5. Place the baking dish with the lid (or foil) in the oven at 180 degrees. After 30 minutes, remove the lid and bake for another 10-15 minutes so that the cheese is nice and brown and crispy.
