- Peel the avocado and cut into small strips or dice. Also cut the salmon into strips approx. 1 cm long.
- Put the cream cheese in a bowl and add the avocado and salmon, mix with a teaspoon. Season with salt and pepper at the end.
- Let it steep in the fridge for 1/2 hour.
- This goes perfectly as a dip or spread with grilled food, but also without anything to a hearty sandwich.
