Instructions

  1. Spread a suitable piece of cling film into a rectangle of approx. 20 cm x 30 cm. Spread the smoked salmon slices on top.
  2. Mix together the double cream cheese, softened butter, crème double, crushed garlic clove and basil. Spread the mixture over the salmon. Roll up carefully with the help of the foil. Wrap the salmon roll in the foil and freeze for 2-3 hours.
  3. Before consumption, cut into thin slices and serve on buttered baguette slices.
