Divide broccoli into florets and wash. Cook in salted water for about 15 minutes. Pour off and then save 1/8 l of this broth.
Peel 1 onion, cut into cubes and sauté in butter. Cut the salmon into cubes and add. Season with salt and lemon juice and let simmer for about 10 minutes. Pour in the broccoli broth and thicken with the cream. Finally add the broccoli and let it get hot again.
