Instructions

  1. Thaw the spinach. Pre-cook the rice in the pouch for about 8 minutes. Make a bechamel sauce from butter, flour, milk / cream and season to taste.
  2. Now layer everything in a baking dish as follows:
  3. 1st layer: 1 boiling bag of rice
  4. 2nd layer: salmon fillet and smoked salmon (each divided into small pieces and seasoned with salt, pepper and lemon)
  5. 3rd layer: Spinach (both types a bit mixed together)
  6. 4th layer: 1 boiling bag of rice
  7. Pour the sauce over it and sprinkle with the cheese
  8. Now bake the whole thing in the oven preheated to 200 degrees and bake for about 30 minutes. The cheese should be nice and brown.
