Instructions

  1. Prepare the hollandaise according to the package instructions and season with salt, pepper, curry, paprika and, if you like, fresh garlic or garlic granules.
  2. Slice the potatoes and mix with the peas and broccoli or cauliflower florets (pre-cooked in salted water for 5 minutes) and place in a baking dish. Then place the fish on top, season with salt and pepper and pour the sauce over everything. Finally sprinkle with the cheese and a little oregano.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 30 minutes.
  4. Note: If you don`t want the light version, you can of course use conventional hollandaise and normal cheese.
