Instructions

  1. Sour the salmon with the lemon juice, season with salt and cut into bite-sized pieces. Chop the onions and garlic, sauté in the oil with the spices. Stir in coconut milk. Place the salmon in the sauce and let it simmer for 15 minutes.
  2. Basmati wholegrain rice and salad go well with this.
