Instructions

  1. Cut the feta into fine cubes. Briefly scald the tomatoes with hot water, rinse with cold water and peel them. Then also cut into cubes. Peel the onion and garlic cloves, chop them very finely and mix everything in a bowl with plenty of olive oil. Then cut the salmon into strips and add to the sauce.
  2. Season with a little salt (feta and salmon are salty enough, if necessary leave them out) and pepper and let steep for at least half an hour.
  3. Cook the spaghetti in salted water until al dente, mix with the sauce and serve immediately.
