Salt and fry the salmon fillets. Set aside for now.
Now sauté the bamboo and bean sprouts. Add coconut milk, curry or paprika paste (or both) and rice. Simmer until the rice is cooked through. Now add the salmon fillets and serve everything hot.
Variation: omit the rice and serve separately, but then boil more of it.
Instead of rice, you can also serve Mie noodles with it.
