Instructions

  1. Heat the butter in a pan. Pat the salmon fillet dry and fry briefly in the hot butter, remove from the pan.
  2. Clean and chop the wild garlic, add to the butter in the pan and let cook briefly. Dust the potato flour into the pan (make sure there are no lumps) and stir well with the butter. Deglaze with the milk and bring to the boil while stirring. Add wine to taste and season with salt.
  3. Then put the salmon back into the sauce and let it simmer for a few minutes on a low flame.
  4. Vegetable rice tastes good with it.
