Instructions

  1. Boil, peel and slice potatoes.
  2. Squeeze the lemon. Drizzle the salmon fillet with some lemon juice. Clean the leek and cut into rings.
  3. Heat the broth with the rest of the lemon juice, add the leek and steam for 3 minutes. Fold in the potato slices. Season with pepper and salt. Pepper and salt the fish a little. Place on the leek and potato mixture and cook covered for about 10 minutes.
