Instructions

  1. Thaw the spinach. Peel and dice the onion. Peel the garlic clove. Sauté the onion in a pan with oil. Add the spinach leaves and sauté. Season with salt, pepper and crushed garlic.
  2. Put everything in a flat baking dish. Place half of the lasagne sheets on the spinach leaves and gently press in. Wash the salmon fillets, pat dry, distribute on the lasagne plates, cover with the remaining lasagne plates and press down.
  3. Mix the cream cheese with the cream and milk until smooth. Add the dill and parsley. Season to taste with a little lemon juice, pepper and salt and pour over the lasagne. All lasagna plates must be covered with sauce.
