Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water. Chop the onions and mushrooms and fry both in a pan with a little oil. Dice the salmon and add to the vegetables in the pan, season with salt, pepper, garlic and oregano, deglaze with white wine, add the cream and reduce. Mix with the pasta and serve with fresh, finely chopped basil.
