Instructions

  1. Cut the leek into fine rings (bread machine) and blanch in salted water for approx. 4 minutes, drain well. Melt the butter. Season the salmon with salt and pepper. Butter the fillets on both sides and place them side by side in an ovenproof dish.
  2. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Cover the fish with parchment paper and put the dish in the middle of the oven. Cook for 10 minutes. Reduce the cream with the herb salt and cayenne pepper and heat the blanched leek in it.
  3. To serve, distribute the leeks on preheated plates and garnish the salmon fillets with lemon.
  4. This goes well with potato and parsley puree.
