Instructions

  1. Make yeast dough from the above ingredients. While the dough rises, stir together the cream cheese, sour cream, mustard and coarsely chopped capers. Season with salt and pepper, rinse the chives, shake dry, cut into fine rolls and mix with cream cheese. Rinse the salmon and pat dry, cut across into 1-2cm wide strips. Roll out the dough into long flat cakes. Brush with cream cheese cream and place the salmon strips on top. Sprinkle the pizza with cheese and coarsely ground pepper and place on greased baking sheets (if you only have one, bake one after the other) Bake at 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes on two levels.
