Instructions

  1. First cut the salmon into small cubes approx. 3 cm. Drizzle with lemon juice and lightly salt. Let it steep in the refrigerator.
  2. In the meantime, put a pot of water for the pasta and cook it while preparing the cucumber and salmon.
  3. Peel and halve the cucumbers and scrape out the seeds with a teaspoon. Then cut the cucumber into approx. 1/2 cm thick slices.
  4. Heat the butter in a large pan and add the cucumber slices, lightly salt and pepper. Let the cucumbers steep in the pan - this may take a few minutes.
  5. Add the sour cream to the cucumber, then add the cubes of salmon. Cover and let stand over low heat for approx. 10 minutes. Dice the ham and mix it with the dill tips into the fish pan. Finally, season again to taste.
