Instructions

  1. Cut salmon into strips. Peel apples, cut into eighths, cut into wedges. Finely dice the pickles. Cut the bell pepper into fine strips, cut the strips into pieces. Coarsely grate the cucumber. Clean the spring onions and cut into rings.
  2. Place a tall vessel on a weighing scale. Weigh in the dressing ingredients one after the other and mix well with a hand blender. Pour over the cut ingredients, mix, sprinkle with the pepper and chives.
