Thaw the salmon, pat dry and season with pepper. Cover each fillet with 2-4 saber leaves, wrap each with 2 slices of ham and place in an ovenproof dish. Moisten with a few drops of olive oil.
Place in the oven at 150 degrees for 20 minutes.
Be careful with salt. The ham gives off a lot of salt, so I don`t use it at all.
Mashed potatoes with pesto and salad, or pasta with salad, go well with this.
