Instructions

  1. Cut the salmon into small pieces and finely chop the onion. Mix both with mascarpone, quark and lemon juice. Chop the parsley and add to taste, season with salt and pepper.
  2. Spread the mixture on baguette slices and pour a dab of currant jelly on top.
