Prepare the pizza dough according to the instructions and roll out the dough on a greased baking sheet. Spread the smoked salmon on top, then the onion cut into half thin rings and the grated cheese.
Mix the sour cream, eggs, dill, nutmeg, salt and pepper (season generously) with the whisk and place on the baking tray. Salmon, onions, and cheese should be covered. Be careful that the relatively liquid mass does not run over the edge of the pizza dough. The mass solidifies during baking.
