Instructions

  1. Peel the onions and garlic and chop them into fine cubes. Also cut the fresh salmon into thick cubes.
  2. Sauté the onion and garlic in heated olive oil until translucent. Add the salmon and porcini mushrooms and fry. Season with salt, pepper and the Italian herbs. Add white wine and cream and reduce until creamy.
  3. In the meantime, cook the pasta in salted water for about 6-8 minutes according to the instructions on the packet.
  4. Arrange the pasta and salmon together in a deep plate and serve immediately. I recommend freshly grated Parmesan cheese with it.
  5. Can be prepared quickly.
