Rinse the salmon fillets briefly and pat dry well.
Fold a small bowl out of a piece of aluminum foil (take it twice, fold up the edges). Place the salmon fillets on top and lightly pepper. Mix the mustard and honey together so that a homogeneous mass is formed. Spread this evenly on the fillets.
Wrap the aluminum shell with another, larger piece of aluminum foil so that the hood is as tight as possible (place the shell in the middle of the foil, fold up the ends and fold in, fold in the sides as well).
Put the fish in the preheated oven and cook for 20 minutes.
By wrapping in aluminum foil, the fish can be cooked gently and no fat is required.
