Wash the vegetables. Cut the zucchini into slices and the peppers and tomatoes into pieces. Finely chop the garlic.
Heat a large pan, add the olive oil and sauté the garlic briefly, then fry the zucchini and peppers. After 2 minutes add the whole tomatoes and herbs and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Wash the fish, season with salt and pepper and place on top of the vegetables. Cover everything with a lid and simmer for about 8 minutes on medium heat.
Arrange everything in deep pasta plates and serve with ciabatta and a cool white wine.
