Instructions

  1. Wash the fish fillets, pat dry and drizzle with lemon. Season with salt and pepper and let it steep for about 15 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, cut the shallots into fine rings and finely chop the garlic. Wash and clean the zucchini and cut into strips
  3. Heat the butter and sauté the shallots and garlic until translucent. Add zucchini and sauté as well. Pour on the cream. Season to taste with pepper and cayenne pepper, herb salt and thyme leaves and lemon juice.
  4. Place the fish fillets in the sauce and cook covered over a moderate heat for about 8 minutes.
  5. Ribbon noodles go very well with it.
