Wash the salmon, pat dry and wrap completely in bacon. Clean / wash and cut broccoli, mushrooms, onions and zucchini.
Put a non-stick pan on medium heat and add the oil. Add the salmon with bacon and the prepared vegetables to the pan. Season the vegetables with salt, pepper, chilli flakes and paprika powder. Put the lid on. Just before the end of the roasting time (approx. 10 minutes) add the feta cheese to the vegetables. Then garnish and sprinkle the parmesan on the vegetables.
Tip: For larger quantities, fish and vegetables should best be prepared in different pans.
