Instructions

  1. Stir the cream cheese until smooth and season with chilli, salt and pepper. Pour the mixture into shallow bowls.
  2. Cut the tomatoes into small cubes (only use the pulp). Spread over the cheese mixture. Pour the salsa on top and chill.
  3. For spooning or dipping with crackers, bread, pretzel sticks
  4. For garlic fans: press several fresh cloves into the cheese mixture.
